Introduction 

DUHAMIC-ADRI believes that education as a fundamental right, essential for the development of individuals and societies.

 

It is seen as a critical tool for personal growth and self-improvement. It helps individuals develop critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills, fostering a lifelong love of learning.

For these reasons,

 

DUHAMIC-ADRI in partnership with different partners, has implemented numerous education related projects to provide individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to access better job opportunities, leading to improved economic status and quality of life.

USAID Homes and Community Activity ( Uburezi Iwacu)

USAID Homes and Communities Activity locally known as Uburezi Iwacu is a five-year (2021-2026) USAID funded literacy activity and implemented by DUHAMIC-ADRI. The main goal is to ensure that all Rwandan children have literacy-supportive, stimulating and safe home and community environments.

ACHIEVE

ACHIEVE supported DREAMS programming to empower AGYW to reduce their risk of HIV, sexual violence, and to become more economically independent and resilient.

ECD Huye - Strengthening integrated ECD services delivery Project

From June 2022 to May 2023, DUHAMIC-ADRI in partnership with the Huye District are monitoring of ECD activities across 14 Sectors of Huye District. The agreement aimed to conduct the supportive supervision to ECD facilities by empowering caregivers, facilitators and community health workers and supporting them to strengthen ECD services delivery.

Strengthening integrated ECD services delivery - ECD Gisagara

DUHAMIC-ADRI in partnership with the Gisagara district, ECD Sector supervisors and others ECD Partners continued to conduct supportive supervision to ECD facilities by empowering caregivers, facilitators, community health workers, CEW and IZU for supporting them to strengthen ECD services delivery in 6 sectors of Gisagara district
